How do you use AI for guidance?

Upload your Claude or ChatGPT data to see when you ask AI to tell you what to think or do, and when you use it to help you think things through yourself. When the analysis is finished, you can download a report of your results.

Your conversations are never stored. Your conversation text is sent to the AI provider whose API key you enter for analysis, but we do not store it. Your report only includes labels and summary results. It does not include any conversation text, titles, or IDs.
